The Story Behind Confident.me

Helping women to build lasting confidence through my Confidence Toolkit, workshops, and my unique fragrance.

Meet the founder: Kate Wilde

I’m passionate about helping women build the confidence to believe in themselves and go after what they truly want.

So many talented, capable women I meet are doing amazing things, yet still questioning themselves, holding back or wondering if they’re “good enough”. I know how powerful it can be when someone helps you see your own strengths, trust yourself a little more and realise that you don’t have to have everything figured out before taking the next step.

Through more than 20 years of mentoring and coaching experience, I've created a supportive space where women can be honest about their ambitions, challenges and self-doubt. Together, we work on building confidence, finding clarity and developing the courage to take action, whether that means stepping into a leadership role, growing a business or simply believing in yourself more.

My approach is warm, practical and encouraging, with just the right amount of challenge when you need it. I believe confidence isn’t something you’re either born with or without, it’s something you can build, one step at a time.

The Journey so Far

The idea behind Confident.me began on an ordinary drive home. I had just left a women’s event where building confidence was a recurring theme. As I replayed the conversations, a thought struck me: what if confidence wasn’t something we had to chase, but something we could access when we need it most?

What if we could capture that feeling of confidence, the clarity, pride and certainty we experience when we achieve something that once felt impossible, and step into it at any time?

It was then that I started developing my training programme and fragrance anchor to give women the tools they need to access their inner confidence.

My workshops help women recognise their own potential, trust their voice and feel more confident in the choices they make. Because sometimes, the most important thing you can do is stop waiting to feel ready and start believing that you already have more within you than you think.

Let Your Light Shine

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
